Mr Bobbie Cousins, one of our elders, passed away on Monday 21 April. Please remember his family, Johnny and Glynis and the wider family circle in your thoughts and prayers at this time. There will be a service of thanksgiving for Bobbie on Thursday 1 May at 12.00 noon in church, followed by refreshments in the Halls.
MESSY CHURCH is on this afternoon from 3.00-4.00pm. We’ll be exploring the meaning of Easter and why it’s such a special time for us as Christians.
Join us for some fun, chats and cupcake decorations. Everyone’s welcome!
Next Sunday 4 May tea and coffee after church will be hosted by Yasmin and Issy! They are fundraising for their trips to Hungary and Moldova with Exodus in July 2025.

CHURCH FÊTE Saturday 27 September 2025
It’s that time of year again to let you get a date in your diary. The annual church fête will take place on Saturday 27 September 2025 in the church halls and grounds from 2.00-5.00pm.
As usual this is an early call for help and donations. Whether you are doing your spring clean of the house or clear out of the garage ahead of summer, please keep any donations for the fête.
Items such as books, toys, bric a brac items, kitchenware, handbags, jewellery, jigsaws, unwanted presents, Christmas decorations, artwork, pictures, garden furniture and equipment can all be accepted. Small items of furniture can also be accepted but not any electrical goods. Donations can be left on the stage and if you need any help in bringing donations to church please contact Heather or Austin at hillcrest47@outlook.com or 07751574964 or speak to us at church.
If you can help ahead of the fête with set up, or on the day please also let us know. Last year our team included over 60 people (of all ages) so all help is very much welcomed and appreciated.
Many thanks Heather & Austin
