We often end our opening prayer by saying the Lord’s Prayer together.
Please join us in whatever version or language is most familiar to you.
Our Father, who is in heaven,
hallowed be your name;
your kingdom come;
your will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For yours is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen

CHRISTIAN AID COLLECTORS It is great to have 23 people going out during Christian Aid Week to deliver envelopes and some who even plan to knock doors in the hope of receiving a donation. Due to unforeseen circumstances we need three more willing people to help us out this year (don’t worry that you will be asked again next year as hopefully the normal collectors will be well enough to be back!) The streets that need covered are:
Drumkeen Manor(12);
Drumkeen Court(50);
Flush Park(57 houses);
Church Rd and Longacre (50 houses) where residents are used to a knock on their door!)
If YOU can HELP please speak to Jennifer today or phone (07889 395132). Thank you.
