Badminton Clubs
All of the badmintion clubs meet in the St John's Hall, a wonderful hall which
obviously had the game in mind when it was built. There are two full
courts with plenty of width on either side and a good high ceililng.
Tuesday 2.00 p.m. Newtownbreda Ladies
Senior Club
This meets on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm with a good variation of
standard from beginners to some very good players. The Club has a team in
the Presbyterian League and last year won the 1st Division of this league.
Craig Stuart is Match Secretary.
Veterans Club
The word Veterans is used very liberally in this club and there is always a good
attendance on Wednesday evenings from 7pm.
Junior Club
This meets on Saturday afternoons from 2pm until 3.30pm for 10 and 11
year olds and from 3.30pm until 5pm for 12-16 year olds. Kevin
Robinson is the coordintator of the Junior Clubs.
